It’s with a heavy heart that we share news of the passing of Women’s Army Corps veteran and devoted DAV member Ginger MacCutcheon. Ginger lamented that her time in the military was cut short due to several violent assaults. Being part of DAV was how she continued her service to this country, in defiance of the perpetrators who tried to break her.Ginger bravely shared her harrowing story as part of DAV’s recent report on women veterans and mental health.
