The DAV National Service Foundation conducts its business fairly, impartially, in an
ethical and proper manner, and in compliance with all laws and regulations.
Members of its Board of Directors commit to observing a high standard of ethics
and conduct devoting their best efforts, skills and resources in the interest of
the organization. They perform duties as directors in such manner that donors’ confidence
and trust in the integrity, objectivity and impartiality of the Foundation are conserved
and enhanced. To do otherwise would be a breach of the confidence placed in them.
